Guest guest
Dear Ganesa Prabhu, Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. >The statement that, "karma is adjusted" is a rather strange (and non-Srila >Prabhupada) way of trying to explain things. Karma is never "adjusted". Is it? What did Srila Prabhupada mean here, then: "Because nature's process is that as you create your mentality, you get next life a similar body. KarmaŠ€ daiva-netreŠa jantor dehopapattaye [sB 3.31.1].You, in this body you have to work because this material world means one has to work. So by your karmaŠ€, if your karma is not adjusted, if you do not work as a human being to be promoted to the qualification of a br€hmaŠa and then surpass the br€hmaŠa qualification and become a VaiŠava, then your life is not perfect." -- Lecture on Bhagavad-g…t€ 13.5, Bombay, September 28, 1973 Your servant, Madana-mohana das
