Hare Krishna.

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada!

When we perform yajna for the pleasure of the Lord, than on the end of

yajna we do Purna Ahuti, the last offering, to please the Lord (or/and Agni)

as we commit some mistakes dew to our imperfect senses. This offering is

meant to complete the yajna by brining complete satisfaction to the Lord.

This bananas, Tulasi, and other ingredients are to please the Lord. And if

was offered in this way, should be prasadam after.

On the other hand, if it was offered to Agni by mishra bhaktas, who

believe, that they put in it half of their karma, instead of love, than it

can be not exactly prasadam. Best, if it is properly explaned by the preast

in the begining of ceremony.
