ye me bhakta-janäù pärtha na me bhaktäç ca te janäù

mad-bhaktänäà ca ye bhaktäs te me bhakta-tamä matäù

 

“My dear Pärtha, one who claims to be My devotee is not so. Only a

person who claims to be a devotee of My devotee is actually My

devotee.” (Adi Purana)

sei prabhu vede-bh€gavate kail€ daha

 

That same Supreme Personality of Godhead has declared in the Vedas and

®r…mad Bh€gavatam, “Worship of My devotees is superior to worship of

Me. (CBh Adi Khanda 1.8)
