OF COURSE, everyone is due to get their karma, on one sense we are all convicts. every state has teaching to stop murder, crime etc,( to what degree is debateable) yet the man does it anyway due to minute independence, and has to suffer the karma. prabhupada mentioned in Chicago 1975, "crime why and what to do" that if the state gave us facility to preach the crime rate would go down. that is the fact, only following KC teachings can make the crime rate go down in the most successful way. I think this can convince the jail authorities to allow our men to go to the jails for preaching work, no harm.
