yes. his name is spelled in PBR as arjjuna a cowherd boy of vraja lila.

pbr says that arjjuna is a priya narma sakha.

Arjuna is also said to be Krishna's

this is the arjuna of dwaraka lila on the battlefield of kurukshetra.

 

sastra says that dvaraka arjuna has sakhya with dvaraka krsna in gaurava
