Those who are very determined in their vows strictly observe this.

 

Though I remember years ago, in the West, we used to take full-fledge

feasts. I mean eating everyting up to the neck after a full day fasting. I

don't know if this practise is still going on in the West, as I have not

been their there for quite a while now.

 

But as a regulation, serious devotees observe it. However there may not be

hard and fast rule in the observance.
