"Usually" I don't know but I heard about 33 years ago (and practiced as much

as possible) the sequence as follows:

 

1. Bhagavad-gita

2. Nectar of Devotion ("the lawbook of ISKCON")

3. Srimad-Bhagavatam

4. Caitanya-caritamrta
