This passage comes from the Padma Purana, Uttara-khanda, chapter 253. The first two lines belong to verse 112, and the last two lines belong to verse 113. In this chapter of the Padma Purana Lord Siva glorifies Visnu worship and tells his wife Parvati about the types of food that can't be offered to Visnu. Here is my own translation and transcription of the verses in question: Padma 6.253: al€buˆ caiva v€rt€kaˆ b…j€l…ˆ kavac€ni ca / evam any€ny abhaky€Ši €stradra˜€ni vai naraƒ // 111 // kh€dan narakam €pnoti vicitram aivaˆ tath€ / avaiŠav€n€ˆ yac c€nnaˆ patit€n€ˆ tathaiva ca // 112 // anarpitaˆ tath€ viŠoƒ va-m€ˆsa-sadaˆ bhavet / yaka-r€kasa-bh™t€nnaˆ sur€madyaˆ ca gñjanam // 113 // yo 'noti nirayaˆ y€ti p™ya-oŠita-bhojanam / etaiƒ saˆsth€pana-spara-sahav€s€dibhir naraƒ // 114 // te 'pi y€nty eva nirayaˆ viŠ-m™tra-kmi-bhojanam / patit€n€ˆ ca saˆsarg€t p€khaŠ€n€ˆ tathaiva ca // 115 // A person eating bottle-gourd and egg-plant with seeds, barks, and other things declared in scripture as inedible, surely goes to hell. And so does one who eats the manifold inauspicious food of non-Vaisnavas and out-castes (111-112). Food unoffered to Visnu becomes like dog flesh. Wine, liquor, and onions are the food of Yakshas, Rakshasas and ghosts. Because of having contact and dwelling together with them, a person who enjoys [their food], goes to a hell where one feeds on pus and blood (113-114). These persons certainly go to a hell where one feeds on stool, urine and worms. And because of contact with out-castes and heretics, one surely also goes to that hell (115). ys end
