Guest guest
Dear Isvara prabhu, Hare Krsna! Please accept my humble obeisance. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. Thank you for your correct reply to the Srila Prabhupada 'Japa tape' issue. The entire discussion about 'whether' to play Srila Prabhupada's japa tape was, in my own opinion, absurd and yet another display of the very spiritually unfortunate situation in which Iskcon in general, presently finds itself. Yours was the only proper reply to persons who have become so enamored by the influence of the external energy, that they think THEIR japa is worth hearing, whereas hearing Srila Prabhupada's japa is either disturbing or at best tolerable. Thank you for maintaining such a proper devotional attitude in these very trying times of 'modern' Iskcon. ysGd "I am a servant of Sri Caitanya, a servant of Sri Caitanya. I am a servant of Sri Caitanya, and a servant of His servants". Sri Krsnadasa Kaviraja "Alas! Alas! The entire world has been flooded in love of Godhead, but I have not been touched by even a drop!" Sri Prabhodananda Sarasvati. Dear Kurma Prabhu, Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada. Please kindly forgive me if my short comment on the japa tape sounds offensive to you. I surely didn't mean to be arrogant or offensive. It's just an expression I am trying to make. I am one of the individual devotees who feels anything from Srila Prabhupada should be loudly heard and spread. Thus I usually react if there is some objections about anything Srila Prabhupada. I know you are very dear to Srila Prabhupada and dedicated to his mission. Sometimes certain elements of our Vaisnava practises may not be all shared by all devotees, as we are all individuals, and quite indipendent in our various ways of thinking and practises. That is one of the beauty of unity in diversity. your servant, Isvara dasa.
