Concerning some of the other references you ask for, below I copy the correspondence I had one this topic some time ago. For the Dutch Gita we made an extended Index of Quoted Verses in which we included the *original* sources of all the Sanskrit (Bengali) lines Srila Prabhupada quotes throughout his Gita purports. For many we found the original sources, but for some we didn't.
