Any particular reason, why? I remember that this issue was discussed at length in Arcana conf. some years ago. Devotees found that in some Vrindavan temples the murti of Sri Radha has tilak whereas in others has none. Download the Arcana backlog and check it out. Hope this helps ys bh.
