Guest guest
>Around 2000 BC: Suta Goswami recited to the sages at Naimisaranya >(long after the battle of Kuruksetra) > >1000 BC: Compiling of Mahabharata > >500 BC: Compiling of Ramayana > >900 AD: Vyasadeva completed writing the 12 Canto of the Bhagavatam Dear Jan prabhu, Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada How could then Suta Goswami describe in SB 1.4.15 onwards the meeting of Narada Muni and Srila Vyasadeva prior to the compilation of Srimad Bhagavatam, if it were, according to the above chronology, to take place over 2000 years after the recitation in Naimisaranya? The conventional explanation I heard was that Srila Vyasadeva had compiled Srimad Bhagavatam before Suta Goswami's narration, and, being tri-kala-jna, had foreseen and described all future narrations, including that of Sukadeva Goswami with Pariksit, and Suta Goswami with sages. This is supposedly indicated by references 'vyasa uvaca' in SB 1.2.1 and 1.4.1. Please enlighten me on the mystery. Begging to remain your servant, Madana-mohana das
