Yes, in Hawaii, where there was so many leaves and manjaris, they were taking

the offered Tulasi and making tea. They offered it to Srila Prabhupada when

he visited Govinda's restaurant. He said that Tulasi was for Krishna's

pleasure not ours and the leaves could only be taken as they were offered to

the Lord.
