If Krishna wants he is ready to go to hell. Similarly if Krishna wants he will accept mukti. If Krishna wants he will go to Vaikuntha. If Krishna wants he will go to Goloka Vrindavan. If Krishna wants he will go to Indra/Chandra loka. If Krishna wants he will come down to earth. He himself does not have any preferences, of one over the other. A pure devotee (prema bhakta) is interested in what Guru and Krishna (Caitanya)wants. That is my understanding.
