Guest guest
Camp: Phoenix Mauritius Dear Gopiparanadhana Prabhu. Jaya Prabhupada. Since the story is so breifly mentioned in SB 4.30.13-14. the details are scarce. Sometimes Shridar Swami fills in the blanks in his commentary. So I'm curious here. I'm curious to know the reasons for Kandu muni's falldown. The apsara Pramloca was sent by Indra to break his vows. She was successful, abandoning her daughter to the trees, as it appears she was not destined to have a household life with the sage like Urvasi had with Agnidhra Maharaja. I'm curious, does Bhavartha deepika mention any reasons why the sage fell down? Was it all a plan of the Lord to bless the Pracetas with a wife who must of been endowed with the qualities of her father, the sage? Obviously the Apsara left with the daughter and left the sage not knowing where the daughter was, otherwise, Why did the sage not take care of his daughter and left her to the trees? THe Lord gave her to the Pracetas as a common wife. so was the falldown of the sage-"transcendental" or something the lord did not sanction, but instead utilized the outcome "best use of a bad falldown" for His divine ends? I'm curious what was it? ys MMDASBR
