The list is taken from "The Color Guide to Vrndavana, The City of Over 5,000 Temples" by Rajasekhara dasa Brahmacari, Vedanta Vision Publications 2000. It is also given in earlier, small guides by Padmalochan das. The original source is not given. Hope this helps ys bh.
