rato re mana! chinna-chinna radhe nama.

brahmadika ki kauna bata jehi

ratata brahma ghanasyama.

jehi rati maharasa rasa payo

shankara dhari tanu bama.

nigama agama nidhi rasikana dini

binuhim mola binu dama

radhe nama pukarata arata

bhajati taji nija dhama

milyo kripaluhim ratana amolaka

kaha jagata som kama.

A devotee addresses his mind:

 

"O my mind! Utilize each and every precious moment of your life in lovingly

chanting the name of Sri Radha, which is chanted not merely by the three

governors of this universe, but also by the Supreme Lord Sri Krishna

Himself.

It was through the chanting of the name of Sri Radha that Lord Sankara was

able to drink the nectar of the divine dance, maharasa, in the age of

Dvapara, assuming the form of a gopi.

The rasika saints, through their causeless mercy, have made available to you

the treasure of Sri Radha's name. When a devotee in distress calls out the

name of Sri Radha, She leaves Her divine abode immediatly and comes running

to his rescue with loving concern.

Now, that you have found the priceless gem of the name of Sri Radha through

the grace of the saints, what concern can you have with this material

world?"

Not only gave you nam to me - I could not even appreciate this wonderful

gift - but you kindly explained it to me that even I have to confess that it

should be my only shelter.

In comparison to nam even all the planetary systems become insignificant.

Yes, why do I still worry for things on this small planet earth?
