BOOK DISTRIBUTION TURNS THE MATERIAL WORLD INTO VAIKUNTHA - especially for

the book distributor who experiences a very unique and intense

transcendental bliss which he will never be able to forget for the rest of

his life.

 

On one Saturday night, they were all (7 brahmacaries) at Times Square,

distributing books. At that point, Ramesvara Prabhu (the original Ramesvara

Swami, super-famous disciple of Srila Prabhupada) walked by and saw them. He

was awestruck. Although he did not approach them personally, he went home

and called his friend Satyaraja Prabhu (another senior disciple of Srila

Prabhupada who is known for his various articles and scholarly books) and

told him emotionally: "you know, I saw a bunch of brahmacaris on Times

Square distributing Srila Prabhupada's books. When I saw them, all of New

York became like Vaikuntha to my eyes." Satyaraja Prabhu later related the

incident to the brahmacaris, all expertly led by Jay Sacinandana dasa.
