In some temples it is sung after mangala arati, in some after param > guru puja. Then in evening, in some temples it's done before gaura arati, > some temples after Narasimha prayers... > > Maybe there is special Prabhupadas instruction? > Maybe it is not so important ,everyone can set his standard? > And how it is done in Krsna Balaram Mandir (Vrindavan)? > > Your servant Yajna Purusa Das In Sridhama Mayapur they chant it and offer lamps in a massive celebration after sandhya arotik. Offering lamps daily and even both morning and night is prescribed for the month of Damodar. So if some temple arranges both morning and night that is best. Otherwise which time is most convenient for the most devotees to attend could be arranged either in the morning or night with lamps available at other times for visitors to offer a lamp during their darshan. In Sridham Mayapur ISKCON lamps and offering plates are made available for the pilgrims to offer throughout the day.
