Guest guest
Dear Jayo Prabhu, _/\o_ > I am hoping someone may know a website that has an English translation, > possibly with famous commentary, of Vedanta Sutra, aka Brahma Sutra? At veda.harekrsna.cz in Vedic Encyclopedia/Literature section we have several articles and files pertaining to Vedanta-sutra: the text in Devanagari, overview, Vs-SB concordance and two Vs-SB study guides by Suhotra Swami. > Failing that, are there published books available in the USA? Amazon.com surely has some Vedanta editions but I wonder if any with Vaishnava commentaries. The only one I know is: Vedanta-Sutras of Badarayana with commentary of Baladeva [Govinda-bhasya], translated by Rai Bahadur Srisa Chandra Vasu, Oriental Books Reprint Corporation, New Delhi, Second Edition, 1979. Munshiram Manoharlal Publishers <mrmlpub.mrml (AT) axcess (DOT) uet.in> > What case is the opening line, athAhto brahma jijnasA-rendered as vijnasA > in Russian English transliteration?; Can anyone elucidate? Either it is a mistake or a different version (if there are any). That's all I can say. Hope this helps ys bh.
