Guest guest
According to the scriptures one can have different diksha gurus for different mantras. Like for example, Parvati got diksha in the Rama-mantra from Shiva, her husband (which she explicitly and clearly mentions in the Cc), in the Maha-mantra from Haridasa Thakura again as described in Cc and in the 'Gauranga' Mantra from Lord Shiva (Navavdvipa-dhama-mahatmya) after which she achieved the darshan of Lord Gauranga in Navadvipa. So this is authorized by the scriptures. Like some disciples have different gurus for harinam diksha and gayatri-mantra diksha. Shrila Prabhupada writes in Cc Madhya 24.330: "The spiritual master has to select a mantra for his disciple according to the disciple’s ability to chant different mantras." I want to know some more details or references or examples from guru, sadhu and shastra on this issue from the assembled devotees. Kindly respond. Daso'smi, Tridandi Bhikshu Bhaktiratna Sadhu Swami.
