Guest guest
> Whenever spiritual master bows down if I am in the same room I also bow > down thinking it improper to stand while the spiritual master is bowing > down. What does Vaisnava etiquette say about this? In Gauranga-lila, sometimes when Lord Gauranga use to bow down before Himself in the form of Lord Krishna, Shrila Advaita Acharya used to bow down and take the dust from His lotus feet. It is embarassing and improper etiquette for a disciple or for that matter any Vaishnava to remain standing or sitting when a Vaishnava in the position of a guru is bowing down in the same room. Dasanudaso'smi, Tridandi Bhikshu Bhaktiratna Sadhu.
