Guest guest Posted February 1, 1999 Report Share Posted February 1, 1999 Dear Prabhus and Maharajas Please accept my humble obaisences All glories to Srila Prabhupada There is some statements in HAri Bhakti Vilas to the benefit of observing fast on Ekadasi and also the reactions to not do so.Also in the NArasimha Purana Lord Narasimhadev states that anyone that does not fast on His appearenceday are eating only stool,even if they think they are eating Mahaprasadam.If anyone has the interest I will find the quotations from HAri Bhakti Vilasa.
