Dear Prabhus,Mothers and Maharajas

Later they met in Gaya, and Isvari Puri was stunned by seeing Lord Caitanya

again. And they embraced each other heartily, and tears flowed from their eyes

profusely.Lord Caitanya told Isvari Puri that now that he had seen him,the

result one obtains from visiting a holy place had been attained by him.Later

Lord Gauranga was initiated in the Gayatri mantra on the Lords request.Lord

Caitany asked Isvara Puri to accept Prasadam from him.And Isvara Puri asked to

get rice cooked from the Lords own hands.Lord Caitanya cooked with great care

and fed Isvara Puri, after that He smeared his limps with sandalwood pulp and

offered him a nice garland of flowers. In this way Lord Caitanya showed how to

worship and serve the Guruparampara, and that service to the lotus feet of the

Guru is the gateway to Krsna Bhakti.

Later on His way back to Navadvipa he passed through Kumarahatta, the divine

birthplace of ISvara Puri.Upon arriving there He became filled with divine

love.He took some dust from the birthplace of Isvara Puri.He kept that dust

and mixed a frew grains of dust into each meal he would take.

Lord Caitanya later took sannysa and went to Jagannatha Puri. And around that

time Isvara Puri left this world,he ordered his two disciples Govinda and

KAshisvara Pandita to live near Mahaprabhu and render service to Him.Srila

Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati has written:"In order to honor Isvara Puri,Sri

Caitanya Mahaprabhu ,the guru of the whole world accepted him as his spiritual

master.
