Dear Prabhus,Maharajas and Matajis

Please accept my humble obaisences

All glories to Srila Prabhupada

How many times have we not heard Srila Prabhupada mention that the best

way of Godrealization is chanting HAre Krsna??

Chanting the holy name of Krsna is the Yuga dharma,the more we chant the more

KC we become,not only in quantity but quality.

I was reading recently in the Navadvipa bhava Taranga,how Bhaktivinoda

Thakura met Bhismadev at Jahnudvipa constantly chanting the holy names.

Lord Caitanya showed us the importance of constant chanting,and so has all the

great devotees shown us this.Starting with Nama acarya Hari das Thakura,who

was constantly serving the holy name.Some books are dedicadet

to glorifying the holy name like Harinama cintamani,such books are like

valuabel jewels to read.The holy name itself is compared to a cintamani

stone.Nama cintamanih Krsnas,Caitanya rasa vigrahah,purnah suddho nitya

mukto ,bhinnatvan nama naminoh.

The holy name of Krsna is transcendentally blissfull.It bestows all spiritual

bendictions,for it is Krsna Himself,the resevoir of all pleasure.Krsna's name

is complete,and it is the form of all transcendental mellows.It is not a

material name under any condition,and it is no less powerfull than Krsna

Himself.Since Krsna's name is not contaminated by the material qualities,and

there is no question of its being involved with maya,Krsna's name is always

liberated and spiritual,it is never conditioned by the laws of material

nature,this is because the name Krsna and Krsna Himself are identical.

Lord Caitanya only wrote the Siksastaka though He was the most learned

of all learned persons,and the Siksastaka glorifies chanting and the result

attained from the beginning state to Prema.Also there is a wonderfull book by

Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura ,called the Bhajan Rahasya,that is very inspiring

to study.

Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura and other also described that simply by constantly

chanting the holy name will eventually take us to Krsna,when the Jiva has

sufficiently cultivated Krsna Bhakti.Why not relish chanting Hare Krsna?It is

explained in the Nectar of instruction,vers 7 The holy name

,character,pastimes etc of Krsna are all transcendentally sweet like sugar

candy.Although the tongue of one afflicted by the jaundice of

avidya(ignorance) cannot taste anything sweet,it is wonderfull that simply by

carefully chanting these sweet names every day,a natural relish awakens within

his tongue,and his disease is gradually destroyed at the root."

Also the next vers is of great importance in this matter:

The essence of all advise is that one should utilize ones full time-twentyfout

hours a day -in nicely chanting and remembering the Lords divine

name,transcendental form,qualities and eternal pastimes thereby gradually

engaging ones tongue and mind.....

The rest of the vers descibes that one should reside in Vraja,Vrindavana

..If one can not physically live there all the time,one should visit

Vrindavana,while away from Vrindavana one must remember the deities there ,the

eternal pastimes there,the various holy palces like Yamuna,and

GiriGovardhana.Thus one day one will be fit to enter the pastimes of Krsna.

There is so much darkness in Kali yuga,but if we take shelter of the holy

name then immidiatly all this darkness goes away.We must allways chant minimum

16 rounds,and after that constantly chanting and remembering Krsna.If we all

take shelter of the holy names of Krsna,then

there will be no more anxiety,it will be like the Spiritual Kingdom.
