SB 2Ch3 text 17 Ayur harati vai pumsam udyann asatam ca yann asau tasyarte yat ksano nita uttama sloka vartaya Both by rising and by setting, the sun decreases the duration of life of everyone, except one who utilizes the time by discussing topics of the all good Personality of Godhead. Of course the Sb 1 canto chapter 2 vers 17 states srnvatam sva kathah Krsnah punya sravana kirtanah hrdy antah stho hy abhadrani vidhunoti suhrt satam "Sri Krsna, the Personality of Godhead, who is the supersoul in everyones heart and the benefactor of the truthful devotee, cleanses desire for material enjoyment from the heart of the devotee who has developed the urge to hear His message ,which are in themselves virtuous when properly heard and chanted."
