As I see it you are not in doubt about this issue. You are

already fixed in the 'no-fall' conception. At least that was your

position when we discussed the subject more than one year ago on

the BTG-mailing list. So you are not in doubt. You are rather

trying to convince the devotees who accept the ISKCON position

that they are wrong.

Personally I think it is a useless waste of time to debate the

subject any further. We already went through it, remember? Why

debate something which cannot be known to us anyway? To know

about our origin we have to rely on the previous acaryas

specifically and foremost on Srila Prabhupada. He didn't speak

unequivocally on the subject; he made statements favoring both

standpoint, but if you collect all his statements on the subject

you will find that he did favor the position that we come from a

personal relationship with Krishna the most. So did

Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakur, so did Bhaktivinode Thakur, and

so does the GBC, who have argued for their position quite

extensively and authoritatively in OOP.

If that is not good enough for you that's _your_ problem, but

don't try to make it into some issue that you are not allowed to

vent your doubts. You have been pursuing this issue for years on

end now and to what avail? Did it help you to become more

Krishna-conscious? Srila Prabhupada adviced us not to speculate

too much on this subject as it was inconceivable but to rather

pursue pure Krishna consciousness. Then everything will be

revealed in due course.
