You have clearly not read the GBC rules and regulations; actually,

the exact opposite is true: advocating that the jIva _does_ fall

from Vaikuntha is against the GBC edict. I quote from the 1995

GBC resolutions:

 

"79) THAT: 1. Vaikuntha is that place from which no one ever falls down"

 

How much more crystal clear could the GBC have made their resolution?

How can devotees advocate that the jiva falls from Vaikuntha and still

claim loyalty to the GBC?
