I have a complete copy of the GBC resolutions from 1996. There is no mention of the jiva, fall, Vaikuntha, maya, original position, constitutional position, or any other such term. There was a resolution on these issues in 1995, and it states very clearly in the very first sentence: "Vaikuntha is that place from which no one ever falls down." Regards, Vijay S.
