What is the reason for this partial incarnations to appear?

It could be for various reasons, isn't it? One reason is for loka-siksa

"teaching for the common mass." They are teaching the lesson of devotional

service. Like Sukadeva Goswami delivering Pariksit Maharaja. According the

the SB commentators, Pariksit Maharaja is already Visnu-rata (protected by

Lord Visnu) and so he is already liberated. But he was put in that state to

show the necessity of receiving the mercy of the spiritual master, etc., and

to show the greatness of Sukadeva Gosvami, etc.
