The normal Breyers-- vanilla, peach, or Butter almond don't have eggs; there

are these "souped up" ones with eggs- like French Vanilla, coffee, etc. These

also contain lots of other things in them. I have the Peach ice-cream in

front of me here and it does NOT have vanilla beans nor any eggs so that looks

safe for ekadasi. The ingredients read: Milk, peaches, pure sugar, and cream.

And it specifically states before listing the ingredients, "All Natural; This

contains ONLY:" Unless they are lieing, it should be safe.

Dear Bhakta Ian Prabhu,

Pamho. AgtSP! Please be careful about how you paste quotes (see below). I

did not make the statement you are attributing to me, Nayana-ranjana

Prabhu did. I *responded* to that statement, by saying:

>Not all vanilla ice creams. Around here it's just the "French vanilla"

>that has eggs.

>Ys,

>MRdd

It may seem like an insignificant detail, but the principle is still

important. If we're using the feature of listing the names of previous

authors, let's be careful that we don't misattribute their statements.
