Your first statement is correct since it takes into account that fact that it

depends on time, place, circumstance, but then you GENERALIZE once again and

commit the same mistake of absolute certainty of where ice-cream falls. I can

build computers but not make ice-cream so which catagory does ice-cream fall

for me?

 

Ice-cream like buying anything else from the market depends on the person's

situation and his consciousness.

 

I don't see your point that ice-cream can NEVER be bought from the market.
