We have been visiting Tirumala regularly and nver once did anybody want any material thing. The only desire is to have a nice darshan. I know many ordinary people who visit regularly to have darshan. As for the prayers we cannot deride any prayer glorifying the lord. This is one handicap we have to overcome with. Hare Krishna Mahamantra is Maha but then other bonafide mantras are also part of the vedic society. Unless we learn how to accomodate everyone who has even a little desire to follow spiritual path we will always end up making more enemies than friends. People are generally innocent and if we preach to them with compassion we can convert many millions to KC. It requires patince, tolerance, respect and tons of compassion. > > they may > > have some book with prayers.Unfortunatly this deity is mostly worshipped > with> persons that wants something material in exchange, > > as such such prayers have zero value for someone aspiring for pure > devotion.
