I agree, but then, we don't really have solid information so alot of

this discussion is conjecture, even if it is the 'most likely' scenario. I

think that's the real point, that events of 70-80 years ago that have no

documented record, are really difficult to comment on. And in that respect

your original objection (the contention that Bhaktivinoda 'rejected' his

diska guru) is quite pertinent.
