Yes, this is interesting. But this need not be the case either, if both the

conditioned and liberated existences are seen as going on simulteneously. In

his BTG essay (rsdtm.com), Ravindrasvarupa Prabhu mentions that both exist

simultaneously in different time frames. There is also Jiva Gosvami on Srimad

Bhagavatam 11.11.3:

vastuto nitya-mukto'pi pratitito 'nadi-baddha

iti yugapad ubhayatvam ghatata ity arthah.

"Simultaneously, both are transpiring: the jiva is eternally liberated in

substantive form and is bound without beginning".

In this explanation, liberation is the revelation of that already existing

form(s) of the soul, and not the sahjiya creation of a new one, additionally

the idea of no fall is also preserved.
