Kapila only appears once in the kalpa and is called a kalpa-avatara in Laghubhagavatamrta. Therefore in all other Satyayugas it is a different "Lord Sukla" that appears. Rakta, Shyama, and Krsna are also regular appearances except in our yuga. The term lila-avatar has two senses: one as one of the six categories. and another broader sense which encompasses yuga-, manvantara-, and lila, and saktayavesa-.
