Maha-Vaikuntha loka & Mahavisnu loka seem the same to me. Because in Laghu Bhagavatamrta there is no reference about the ocean & island on which the Maha-Vaikuntha loka is situated on. It is only said it is above Satyaloka. Maybe Visnu-dharmottara describes the same thing. The Svetadvipa is the abode of Lord Ksirodakashayi Visnu whereas the Maha-Vaikuntha loka can be abode of Lord Vaikuntha. Right?
