The gist is that once one devotee told him that Prabhupada said in a conversation that even after going back to Godhead still there is a chance of falling down again. On the first occasion Revatinandana Swami (at that time, I believe) asked Prabhupada how it is possible if in BG Krsna says that once going back when never comes again to this material world. Prabhupada said something to the effect that this is a general statement, not an absolute one. Generally it does not happen, but possibility is there.
