It is formed from the root driz-, which means "to see", but this is a causative form. Causing to see means to show. It is causative future, and therefore it should mean "he will show". As far as the rest of the last line goes, literally: "The cowherd plays. He shall show, O friend, the unimpeded path." I am not sure how exactly "unimpeded" should be taken. Perhaps in the sense of "the sure path"? Or "the unfailing path"? The "if you go see Him", may be implied, but it is not mentioned in the verse. To me it sounds more like a prophecy. The speaker knows exactly what is going to happen: Just follow this path over there, and the cowherd shall show you the real path! In other words, the speaker takes a humble position, pretending that he can only show some dust road. But he promises that at the end of the dust road there will be somebody who will show ....
