It is called: "Leadership for an Age of Higher Consciousness" and the sub-title is: "Administration from a Metaphysical Perspective". Below, to give you an idea of its content, you'll find some chapter headings from this book published by HARI-NAMA PRESS : - Ten Essential Technologies for Empowered Management - Raising Consciousness - Developing Skills - Taking Action About 300 pages of very good pieces of advice, worth studying.
