Guest guest
> Hope this may be helpful to you. > YHS Ramananda Gaura das > Krsnapremavatidd. I don't think it is really helpful because this is a question of personal realization as many other things are, in Krsna consciousness. Some acaryas are in the mood of Aisvarya so they say Jahnava Ma is Revati in Krsna's lilas, others are in Madhurya rasa and they explain that She is Ananga-manjari in Vrndavan lila. Thus it is not very helpful to quote different opinions. I would say that at least this excerpt below is more objective than the first one you sent on this subject matter to this conference. I can warmly thank you for that. In His Krsna book, Srila Prabhupada mentioned in chapter 41 that when Krsna entered the arena in Mathura different people saw Him differently: to the fighters He was the thunderbolt personified, to the women He was Cupid, kings saw him as the Emperor and His parents as their beloved child. For Kamsa he was death personified and for the yogis He was the Supersoul... If you do Vrndavana parikrama, you will see the bathing pier of Jahnava Ma over Radha-kunda; our most confidential Associates of the Lord and Acaryas have explained that it is the transcendental link to the floating lotus flower in the middle of Radha-kunda, the mind-enchanting kunja of Ananga manjari (Radha's younger sister). Here, only the most intimate girlfriends of Srimati Radharani were allowed to come. Jahnava Devi was entitled to this privilege. To be continued for Jahnava Devi's Appearance Day on May 1. Please accept my humble obeisances and forgive my offenses. All glories to Srila Prabhupada and His pure followers! Your servant, Krsna-kirtana dasi. > "-------- Srila Gopala Bhatta Gosvami compiled a book called > Sat-Kriya-sara-dipika,edited the Hari-bhakti-vilasa,wrote a foreword to > the Sat-sandarbha and a commentary on the Krsna-karnamrta,and installed > the Radharamana Deity in Vrndavana. In the Gaura-ganoddesa-dipika(184) it > is mentioned that his previous name in the pastimes of Lord Krsna was > Ananga-manjari.Some times he is also said to have been an incarnation of > Guna-manjari.--------" (Purport by HDGACBSP.CC ADI Lila 10 Text 105) > > > "Jahnava-mata is also within the list of Lord Nityananda's > followers. She is described in the Gaura-ganoddesa-dipika(66)as > Ananga-manjari of Vrndavana.-----" > (Purport by HDGACBSP.
