Guest guest
> Question: Is a person whose life is not centered around Kåñëa but who > follows the regulated principles of different orders of life, > transcendentally situated? If one is not worshiping Krsna while being situated in the different orders of life, he is not even following the main and basic regulative principle of that order of life which is to worship Krsna. Thus he is materially situated. Visnu Purana (3.8.9) states: varnasramacara-vata, purusena parah puman visnur aradhyate pantha, nanyat tat-tosa-karanam "The Supreme Personality of Godhead, Lord Visnu, is to be worshiped by the proper execution of prescribed duties in the system of varna and asrama (orders of life). There is no other way to satisfy the Supreme Personality of Godhead. Thus one must be situated in the institution of the four varnas and asramas specifically to worship Lord Krsna."
