Silence means consent

There is an adage that we learnt from Prabhupada--"Silence means consent."

It means that if you see something going on and say nothing, you approve of

it. If Prabhupada saw even small things going on that he didn't approve of,

he would be vocal about it. His silence was as meaningful as his active

consent/dissent. (Hari Sauri Prabhu)
