Well say a devotee is 30 years in the movement. His spiritual master has

left the planet. Who should tell him that he is a shudra?

Well it is ok to say. But I always felt that it is what it means education

in Kali-yuga - whatever you got it is low class. Even education of Sanatana

Goswami was considered by him low-class.

<<So of course, because Sanatana Gosvami was under certain condition, it is

not simply, particularly for this Sanatana Gosvami. Everyone, unless he is

conscious of his position, that he is the lowest, he cannot become the

highest. One should not think... While approaching a spiritual master, one

should not be puffed up with his so-called qualification. He should be a

blank slate. That is the... That is the requirement. He should forget.

That, whatever nonsense he has learned, he should forget. Otherwise there

will be no benefit by approaching spiritual master. He should forget.>>

Emergency is never over.

Srimad-Bhagavatam Canto 7:

Chapter Eleven, Text 17

Except in a time of emergency, lower persons should not accept the

occupational duties of those who are higher. When there is such an

emergency, of course, everyone but the ksatriya may accept the means of

livelihood of others.

Here is an important point about vedic managers: they are not supposed to

run business, get paycheck etc., What to speak of not being able to even

keep ones own family together. Is it realistic to demand from devotees to

accept categorization of shudra if they don't see the appropriate ksatriyas.

I think that varnasrama should be growing from top to botton. First first

class brahmanas, then managers, then vaisyas (of different variety) then

when it works (for some time) shudras will be willing to submit.
