Ksatriya's duties don't fit for sudras

Now we know why none of the "vaisyas" associated with ISKCON get into

farming

- ugrakarmic activities don't appear to be covered in the Manu Samhita tax

scheme. ;-)

Now we know why none of the "vaisyas" associated with ISKCON get into

By the way, I know that was a casual comment, but please don't depersonalise

and demonise the ordinary Iraqis. They are a comparatively very nice people

- warm, friendly, and quite open minded - not fanatics. They were considered

close allies of the US during the Iran - Iraq war, and suddenly they were

dumped and are now suffering twice over - once from an unfeeling dictator

and the second time from the callous superpower leadership. Terrible karma

all round. But we should feel very sorry for them.

Point taken. Actually, I was involved in some anti war activities during

desert storm , so am sympathetic to what you are saying.
