I feel the same way. The 'job description' policy can be the best one. Instead of have to give all the 'mystical' power of 'labeling' to a large number of diksha gurus. And if use the word 'guru' as a senior: that is actually how it will work--> gurus (not just diksa, but family, school, community etc gurus) will make sure that 'jobs' are done according to 'job descriptions'. Instead of labeling people better to try to make sure we know what is 'job description' and we have safe a stable system of following it up.
