Dr Passwater Health World - How Antioxidant Nutrients Protect Against Heart Disease- HealthWorld Online http://www.healthy.net/library/articles/passwater/noninterview/howanti1.htm#40 The way I see it, if you are addicted to fatty foods, you eat less veggies and fruits that are good for you. It's not the fatty foods ( except the transfats) like ghee that are bad, in and of themselves. I am still looking for studies showing superiority of ghee over other oils, but the diet/heart connection of dairy products seems to be erroneous.
