If you do that, within ISKCON, you will soon be without ISKCON. Just-in-name brahmanas are very popular among crooked leaders, or in case the leader is not crooked, the opposition against the leader(s). They are attached to false prestige, and act in such a way that less intelligent people think they are great brahmanas, so they can get glorified. If you criticise a glorified person, popular among (crooked) leaders, you will soon find that these people will plot against you and you will get in trouble. Actually, you don't even need to do that. These people smell honest persons on a long distance, and will make it their life mission to get rid of such persons.

Very easy thing. It is amazing how simple our business is when we listen to Srila Prabhupada. Just setup up varnasrama collages, and start training the brahmanas, the ksatriyas and the vaisyas. Maybe we should just follow Srila Prabhupada's advice, and classify persons according to training. If we anyways are going to have persons who actually might not be fitting for their position, we can as well train them to do a reasonable job. That would work much better than having them untrained. your servant Prsnigarbha das
