There is a certain standard of playing that is required that is not required for the street musican. How to set up an orchestra? That ever member trains and specialises on one single instrument and becomes expert in that. Then when they all come together under the same leadership, then beautiful music will emerge. The first step is not looking for a perfect dirctor.
