I agree in the sense that for a sudra the minimal >standard is set lower,, but let us remember that in order to be more >flexible on the lower side, we don't need to compromise the upper side. I don't know why you think that there will be future differences between varnas if there is no economic and governmental base for that. But even assuming that will happen, it will be almost impossible to accommodate inside ISKCON. No acaryas ever build a society of devotees are engaged in illicit sex as a rule. Just an opposite, acaryas will be fighting AGAINST the movements where the illicit sex and intoxications where OKed for vaisnavas. So your conclusions are showing that even people agree in general that yes we want to be divided -- there is unlimited possibilities of serious disagreements and even spits. And all because there is no example on how to do it PRACTICALLY and HOW IT WAS DONE BY PRABHUPADA. I know devotees like to pick up one or two instructions of Prabhupada and say: this is main point of his mission, we should do this and mainly this (especially if it is some personal value for them). Now Prabhupada was talking about implementing varnas in his farms (PA in particular), so before we assume it works we should show one example where it works and how it is based on his instructions. Where are the examples of varnas based on economy in the farms? (it may be there, but I just wanted more reassurance...)
